Certified Copy Fee $25.00 per case

DELAY OR DENIAL OF RECORDS:

Your request may be denied, fully or partially, if:

  • The report is incomplete at the time of request; or

  • Its release may hinder the investigation; and/or

  • Its release may deprive the defendant(s) of a fair trial; or

  • Not authored by the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office

Your request may be delayed if the report has not been reviewed and approved by the author's supervisor at the time of your request.

PROCESSING TIME:

Allow a minimum of 3 business days to reply to your request prior to calling for a status update. 

PAYMENT:

Upon completion of your request, and if applicable, you will be notified by mail or e-mail with an invoice for the total payment due prior to the release of the documents.
