2014 Law and order Vehicle Contest

1st Place

BEST SUPPORT VEHICLE, COMMAND POST, CSI VEHICLE
2nd Place

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office Houma, LA

The design was chosen because of the patriotism of
Sheriff Jerry Larpenter. The colors match the Terrebonne Parish
patrol officers’ uniforms.
Reflective materials were used for increased visibility at night.
Lee Whitney of Whitney Signs also helped with the design.
The one aspect of the design is the numerous flags on the units.
There are four American flags on the vehicle, with one being the large flag
on the hood. This represents freedom in America, and Colonel Tommy Odom
said law enforcement’s main function is to keep communities free and allow
residents the freedom to work and raise a family in a safe environment.

Judges’ Comments:
The gold and black colors look good together.
The name of the agency is big; star on the door and the back are not
elaborate but stand out. You know what it is when it’s coming down the road!

This is a simple design, but the graphics are done well on the Spyder.
It’s non-traditional, seamless.
